She is survived by: her son Robert Newberg (Renee); and her brother John Ellinger (Sylvia). She is also survived by her five grandchildren; four great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to The Congregational Church of Algonquin, 109 Washington Street, Algonquin, IL 60102.
