She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Dziurgot and Angeline Dziurgot; her husband Richard; her granddaughter Amy Marie Mills; her siblings-in-law, Ted, William, Edwin Wolek, Jeanne, Betty and Catherine Wolek; and her parents-in-law, Peter and Anna Wolek.
She is survived by: her children, Richard W. Wolek (late Paula), Kenneth Wolek (Susan), Nancy Mills (Ray) and Brian Wolek (Kristie); her grandchildren, Kathleen Chantrey, Tom Wolek (Sheri), Matthew Mills (Renee), Emily Mills, Joe Wolek, Andrew Wolek, Alex Wolek (Megan), Jim Long and Bobbi Long; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Chantrey, Kelly Wolek and Christopher Wolek. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family for masses.
