She was predeceased by: her parents, August Gritmacker and Emma Gritmacker (Volz); her husband Edwin A. Houdek; her children, Thomas and Jean Ratzlaff (Larry); and her siblings, Rose Hemmingsen, Alice Rogman, Herman, Walter and Arthur Gritmacker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Maxwell (Dale) of Union and Bonnie Lancaster of Lake; her grandchildren, Sherri Grechis (James), Jackie Joergens (Stuart), Marci Meyer, Gary Lancaster, Brian Maxwell (Cathy), Jill Cataldo (Doug) and Lynn Peto (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Samantha Wright (Micah), Tara Joergens, Angelica, Benjamin, William Cataldo, Jake, Luke, Kalli Meyer, Cloe, Tia Grechis, Baily, Elliana, Audrey, Connor Maxwell, Lola and Layla Peto; and her great great grandchild Evelynn Wright.
