He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy; and his brother Steve. He is survived by: his sons, Donald Page and Robert Page (Kathleen); his granddaughters, Alicia and Sarah Page; and his brothers, Jerry and Carl. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and friends.
