He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Dugger and Eleanor Dugger; his wife Carol Dugger; his children, Donald Dugger (Tatia), Tracy Stover (James), Laura Dugger and Nicole Mantel (Matthew); his stepchildren, Tiffany Garcia (Mark), Eric Hafferkamp (Antigona) and Brett Hafferkamp (Kendall Gilles); his grandchildren, Jacob (Haley), Zachary, Liam, Grace, Nathaniel, Alec, Chase, Lukas, Hanah and Regan; and his great grandchildren, Wynter and Eden.

In lieu of flowers, remember Don by a memorial contribution to the Fish Food Pantry in Carpentersville Illinois.
