She was predeceased by: her parents, William Seitz and Audrey Seitz. She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Cook; her children, Tony Petitte (Denise), Karyn Jarvis (Ed), Steve Petitte (Gwen) and Sue McElderry (Jim); her stepchildren, Tammy DalBello (Carl) and Bob Cook; and her brother John Seitz. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
