She is survived by: her children, Keith Lewis (Karen), Kent Lewis (Cindy), Kevin Lewis (Mary Ellen), Kirt Lewis (Debbie), Kelly Lewis, Kara McClintock (Rodger) and Kris Anfuso (John); her grandchildren, Erin Mitchell, Megan Lewis, Ryan Lewis, Danielle "Dani" Philipps (Eric), Kirt Lewis Jr., Jacob Lewis (Tabitha), Kent Justus, Jordan McClintock (Kerri) and Kendra McClintock; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Madeline, Finley, Lane, Kein, Zyan, Jude, Theo, Cooper, Nolan and Quinn.
