He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lowenheim and Nell Lowenheim (Sumerau); his brother Joseph B; his daughter Jennifer Wangler; and his nephew Joseph.
He is survived by: his wife Carol (Mueller); his children, Todd (Jill), Trisha Richard (Roger) and Joel; his grandchildren, Ashley, Amber, Elizabeth, Laurie, Chase, Ryan, Brandon and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Robert, Allana, Jonathan, Jayden and Henry.
Memorial donations in memory of Dave may be made to the National Brain Tumor Society.
