She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Panico and Irene Panico (Seraphine); and her brother Vincent Panico. She is survived by: her husband Robert D. Slavik; her daughter Janet Marczyk (Robert); her grandsons, Matthew, Joseph and Daniel; and her sister Marilyn Bellandi (Kenneth).
