He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Liu and May Jean Liu (Chei); his uncle Allen (Linda Liu); and his grandparents, Sam and Sue Chei.
He is survived by: his wife Araceli "Sally" Liu (Aguilera); his daughters, Ana and Allyson Liu; his brother Dr. Carson (Jessica Liu); his nieces, Skylar (Alexa) and Ornelas (Corona); and his close friends, Mike, Rich, Mark and Joey.
