We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2023, at the age of 69, Anne Baker of Algonquin, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Telesfore Kerulis and Mary Kerulis; and her sister Patty Kerulis. She is survived by: her husband Tom; her daughters, Valerie DeSousa (Josh) of Cary, IL and Jill Baker (Jackson Toomey) of Oak Park, IL; her treasured pug Ralph Baker of Algonquin, IL; her grandchildren, Owen and Brie DeSousa; and her brother John Kerulis (Mary). She is also survived by friends and fur-babies.
