He is survived by: his wife Shiela Gardner; his children, Joshua Madai (Sam), Christina Madai, Anthony Madai, Daniel Gardner and Melissa Madai; and his siblings, Julius, Jerry (Sarah), James Madai (Krystal) and Ingrid "Minna" Madai. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
