She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham Salas and Fodda Salas. She is survived by: her husband Eduardo Korecki; her daughters, Alexandra Wilford (Sim), Elisabeth Ambroiggio and Natasha Korecki (Robert McCoppin); her grandchildren, Ashley Berry (Sam), Matthew Wilford, Anthony Ambroiggio, Daniel and Cormac McCoppin; her great grandchild Alice Berry; and her sisters, Matilde Romero (late Arquimedes) and Isabel Nikolic (late Nick).

Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Willow Funeral Home (1415 W Algonquin Rd, Algonquin, IL 60102). A prayer was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
