He is survived by: his spouse Reva Brown; his children, Joe Creek (Deanna) of Bettendorf, Sonya Rose (Butch) of Alexis, Rhonda Houzenga (Scott) of Andover and Karen Brown (Mike) of Sullivan; and his siblings, Shirley Stead (Jerry) of Viola, Ethel Conard (Owen) of Elephant Butte, Dave Creek (Laura) of Lebanon, Paul Creek (Anita) of Alexis, Phil Creek (Shirley) of Batesville and Mary Shaw (Rick) of Alexis. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
