She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Mullinix and Cleota Mullinix (Allison); her husband Wilfred "Bill" Eugene O'Brien of Theresa's Catholic Church; and her siblings, Raymond Mullinix and Peggy Middleton.
She is survived by: her children, Donald E. O'Brien (Karen) of Peoria, IL, Stormy L. Steinbrook (Danny) of St. Louis, MO and Michelle A. Cameron (Terry) of Alexis; her grandchildren, Jenifer A. Simkins (Trent), Jeremy M. O'Brien, Joseph M. Shepherd and Matthew R. Shepherd (Maranda); and her great grandchildren, Wayne A. O'Brien, Brea Simkins, Kealy Stewart (Carter) and Hattie Shepherd.
