She is survived by: her former husband James Lee Vollbracht; her children, Terri L. Miller (David) of Las Vegas, NV, Tracey L. Vollbracht (LeeAnn) of Knoxville, TN, Tammy S. Rice (Gregory) of Phoenix, AZ and Teresa K. Grate (Larry Weber) of Bishop, CA; her grandchildren, Jessica Taylor (Justin) of Monmouth, IL, Elizabeth Farrar (Zach) of Mahomet, IL, Miranda Vollbracht of Galesburg, IL, Dylan Miller of Sparks, NV, Austin Grate of Reno, NV, Emily Hull of Alexis, IL and Alexis Miller of Sparks, NV; and her brother James Taylor (Rosemary) of Kirkwood, IL. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Joyce A. Cooley Memorial Fund.
