She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Cash and Eva Cash (Frye); her husband Kenneth G. Hartz; her son Kenneth Steven Hartz; her grandson Steven; and her siblings, LaJune Patterson, Kenneth Cash and Marian Simpson.
She is survived by: her children, Freddy Joseph Hartz (Norma), Randy Lee Hartz (Tina) and Julie Mae Kirby (Jay). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Betty's Garden of Courtyard Estates, Knoxville, IL, for their excellent care of Doris over the past year.
