She was predeceased by: her parents, Lora Ice and Evylean Ice (Miller); and her sister Ellen Ice-Ricketts of Ohio. She is survived by: her husband Donald D. Smith Sr. On; and her children, Starlet Joy Smith of Galesburg, Donald "Bub" Smith (Melissa) of New Windsor and Clifford M. Smith (Tina) of Chillicothe. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 14 great- grandchildren, and 1 great-great- grandchild.
