It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Edward Blaise (Alexander, Illinois), born in Pittsfield, Illinois, who passed away on May 1, 2018, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. and Henrietta Hoffman Blaise (Hank); and his brother Rodney Blaise. He is survived by: his spouse Jacqueline "Jackie" Hopper; his daughters, Talitha "Mandy" Blaise of Alexander, Megan McCaherty (Patrick) of Jacksonville, Morgan Blaise of Franklin and Olivia Lockman of Peoria; his grandchildren, Kylie, Mathew, Evan, Emma and Thomas; and his siblings, Jan Nergenah (Silvan) of Jacksonville, Laura Davidson (Malcolm) of Jacksonville and Bob Blaise (Julie) of Springfield.
