He was predeceased by: his father Chuck Fouts. He is survived by: his mother Sherry Fouts of Virden; his wife Andrea; his daughters, Madison, Isabella, Annabella and Gabriella; his brother Jeremiah Fouts of Virden; his aunts and uncles, Linda, Sharon, Rick, Keith and Dave; and his cousin Steven. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
