She was predeceased by: her husband Junior Kemper; her son Jeff Cody Kemper; and her siblings, Peggy Ann Wright, Linda Lee Wright, Betty McFadden, Shirley Spradlin, Donna J. Strope, Robert, Warren, Dean, Bill, Ray, Reuel, Gail, Jerry and Harold.
She is survived by: her son Flint Dale; her daughter-in-law Penny Kemper; and her granddaughter Madeline Kemper of Dallas, TX. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
