He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Keith Harroun and Vesta Irene Harroun (Gorman); his wife Gloria Jean Flynn; his daughter Deborah Craig; and his sisters, Doris Tindal and Shirley Bateman.
He is survived by: his daughter Cathy; his son-in-law Ted Long of Aledo; his grandchildren, Eric and Daphney Long; his great grandchildren, Adler, Vera, Fenton, Kristin and Nathan Willits; his brother Fay; his sister-in-law Rochelle Harroun of Mississippi; and also Violet.
Memorials may be made to the Mercer County VFW or the Aledo United Methodist Church.
