We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Paul C. Lee of Aledo, Illinois, born in Raritan, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Lee and Nona Lee (Burns); his daughters, Kay Teel and Theresa Lee; his granddaughter Kristin Lee; his great grandchild Brady Teel; and his siblings, Michael Lee, Maurice "Tom" Lee, Margaret Cleary, Madaline "Bea" Foresman and Nona Checcia.

He is survived by: his wife Lorene McDavid; his children, Delores Varner (Mike) of Aurora, CO, Paula Frye (Dana) of Bettendorf, Jo Wood (Herb) of Colorado Springs, CO, Jerry Lee (Donna) of Boulder, CO, Larry Lee (Tina) of Aledo, Steve Lee (Mike Simpson) of Fallbrook, CA, Danny Lee (Geneta) of Aledo, Jim Lee (Linda) of Chatham, IL, Rick Lee (Tonia) of Aledo, Greg Lee (Angie) of LeGrand, IA, Mark Lee (Carol), Scott Lee (Debbie) of Chatham, IL and Patrick Lee of Parker, CO; and his son-in-law Larry Teel of Marion, IL. He is also survived by 39 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren with 3 great-grandchildren lovingly expected and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Catherine's Catholic Church or to the Quad Cities Autism Center, Moline.

Connie Lundeen Thomas wrote a sympathy message

“This saddens Charley and I. I don't have the words. He was one of a kind. When they would come in the restaurant he would always ask how Charley was. And he felt sorry for him being married to me. I wish I could hear that one more time. Love, hugs, thoughts, prayers for all of the Lee Family. I am a hugger. Wish I could give all of you a hug. Take care of Lorene. God bless all of you.🙏🦋💙”
