He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Thompson of Aledo, IL; his children, Karen Albert (Robert), Patricia Thompson and Joshua Thompson; his grandchildren, Rob, Stephen and Courtney; his brother Eugene Thompson; his niece Amber; and his nephew Aaron.
