She is survived by: her husband Everett Jack Youngquist; her sons, David Youngquist (Fay) of Fircrest, WA, Eric Youngquist (Karin) of North Carolina and Forest Ballinger (Krystal) of Tampa, FL; and her sisters, Jan DeVrize of Georgia, Sandy Parker of Georgia and Ardith Kakavas of Texas.
