She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jesse Cox and Marie Cox (Scoggins); her sons, Steven Owen (Tammy), Charlie Blue and Timmy Blue; her grandchildren, Laney Owen and Walker Hicks; and her sisters, Cathy Throgmorton, Joy Anderson and Audrey Butterfuss.
