It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Lawson (Aledo, Illinois), born in New Boston, Illinois, who passed away on November 14, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Craig Essley and Elfa Essley; and her husband David G. Lawson. She was also cherished by four grandchildren, and one great grand child.
Due to recent serious spiking of Covid-19 and concern for the safety and well being of others, a celebration of life and private burial is planned for a later date.
