She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Dale and Donna Lemon Dale. She is survived by: her husband Larry; her children, Julianne Tongue (James) of Davenport, Iowa, Joe Franks (Jolee) of Reynolds, IL and Jordan Franks of Rock Island, IL; her grandchildren, Aidan Tongue, Lylah Jo and Landry Franks; and her sisters, Mary Serandos (Bill) of Coal Valley, IL and Jolene Vipond (Steve) of Aledo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
