He was predeceased by: his father Lewis Millett; his grandparents, Rolly, Delphine Reed, George and Nellie Millett; and his cousin Mike Millett.

He is survived by: his mother Janet Reed Millett; his sister Kim McCutchan (Mike); his nephews, John McCutchan of Aledo and Kevin McCutchan (Kailyn) of Aledo; his uncle Lyle Reed (Judy); his cousin Robert Millett; and his great-nephew Robert Lewis McCutchan.
