It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Sloan (Aledo, Illinois), born in Eliza, Illinois, who passed away on April 16, 2020, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Green and Pearl Clawson Green; her husband Warren L. Sloan; her son Robert; her brother John "Mike" Green; and her half-brother Fred Green.

She is survived by: her children, Lorraine Goforth of Albuquerque, NM, S. Darlene Perry (Samuel) of Ft. Myers, FL, Rosalie Barnet (Tony) of Coal Valley, IL and George Sloan (Luydmylia) of New Boston, IL. She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
