Derwood K. Ruggles Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe B. Ruggles and Cleda Ruggles (Elschler); and his siblings, David, Harold, Garland, Joe, Jim Ruggles, Orta Lee Comstock, Dortha McMurray, Ruth Swank, Mary Lou Orr and Tyra Bull.
He is survived by: his close friend June Wilson; his children, Julie Ricketts of Aledo and Derwood K. "J. R." Ruggles of Blackhawk, SD; his grandchildren, Scott and Shannon; his great grandchildren, Archer and Sawyer; his stepchildren, Kathleen Rocha (Rene) of Peoria, IL, Teresa Little (Garry) of Davenport, Chris Brown (Penny) of Bridgeport, TX, Tony Nelson (Dana) of Richmond, VA and Becky Dogget (Jason) of Alexis, IL; and his sister Virginia Ruggles of California. He is also survived by several step- grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Aledo Fire Department.
