She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Monson and Helen Miller Monson. She is survived by: her children, Peggy Congdon (Fred) of Wellington, FL, Jay Hofer (Dee) of Cambridge, IL, Gene Hofer (Rita) of Aledo and Gary Hofer (Becky) of Sherrard, IL; and her brother Merle Monson of Galesburg, IL. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
