She is survived by: her children, Patty Forrest (Jesse) of Glendale Heights, William McEvoy IV (Stephanie) of Aledo, Michelle McEvoy of McHenry and Katherine McEvoy of Wheeling; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Forrest, Brian Forrest, William McEvoy V, Emily McEvoy, Andrea McEvoy, Waylon O'Neal and Loretta O'Neal; and her siblings, Burdette Dwyer (Terry), David Matz (Maureen) and Daniel Matz.
