He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Cook and Hazel Cook (Weberg). He is survived by: his mother-in-law Joan Dapson; his wife Joan; his children, Lynn Larson (Frank) of Rockford, Scott Cook of Florida and Jamison Cook (Kelly) of Rockford; his grandchildren, Matthew Larson, Nicholas Sullivan, Chelsea Whitlow (Kyle) and Cierra Cook; and his brother Richard Cook (Sandra) of Rockford.
