She was predeceased by: her spouse William Robert Cultra; her son Robert "Bob" Cultra; and her siblings, Elmer Richard Rowley and Ruth Patterson. She is survived by: her parents, Richard Rowley and Edna Rowley (Cross); her children, Mike Cultra (Sherri) of Rockford, Doug Cultra (Vanessa) of Cherry Valley and Yvonne McBride (Dennis) of Rochelle; and her daughter-in-law Lori Cultra of Springfield. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and fourteen great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family will donate to Northern Illinois equestrian organizations.
