She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Jones and Mary Jones; her husbands, Lester G. Winkler and Delbert W. Gabel; her son James A. Winkler; her siblings, Marion Tullock, Phyllis Wykes, Joyce Fezekas and Ellis Jones; and her stepson Carlton Gabel.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Abrams (Harvey) of Bend, OR., David Winkler (Staci) of Sierra Vista, AZ and Janice Smith (James V.) of Shorewood, IL; her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Winkler (James) of Evanston, IL; and her stepdaughter Mardel Robinson (Gary) of Starkville, MS. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 virus, private grave-side services will be held.
