She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan Rose and Eleanor Rose (Richards); her husband James F. Frazier, Sr.; her children, Earl Frazier and Cathy James; and her sisters, Carol Hodgson and Sharon Rose.
She is survived by: her friends, Gary Mason and Stan Struckmeyer; her son James F. Frazier, Jr. (Susan) of Albion; and her siblings, Keith Rose (Kay) of Springfield, Emil Rose (Vicki) of Williamsville, Bruce Rose (Sally) of Grayville and Marie McElroy (Bob) of Fairmount, Illinois. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Sandra's honor to Albion Senior Citizens Center, 323 North 5th Street, Albion, IL 62806, and will be accepted at Cook Funeral Chapel in Grayville who is in charge of arrangements.
