She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Ebey" Brant and Vera Sweet Brant (Batson); her former husband Clarence Neal; her husband Ivan Oakley; and her siblings, Louella, Charles and Iona.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Bosecker (Dan) of Ellery, IL; her grandchildren, Kelly Fryman (Wesley), Gina Wissel (Tony), Matthew Bosecker (Erin), Sam Neal, Andy Neal and Robbie Neal; her great grandchildren, Katelyn Fryman, Jenna Smith (Jerrick), Kelcy Carlson (Taner), Christian Cullison (Faith), Rachel Halberstadt (Cole), Faith and Olivia Bosecker; her great great grandchildren, Everli and Ansli Carlson; her sister Lois Edwards; and her close friend Connie Hocking. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial can be made to the First Presbyterian Church.
