With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Allen Neikirk of Albion, Illinois, born in Lancaster, Illinois, who passed away on January 17, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Neikirk and Lola Neikirk (Gawthorp); and his siblings, Joyce DeHaven, Gene and Steven Neikirk.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his son Rob Neikirk (Tracy); his stepchildren, Mandy Arvin (Jake Martin) and Ryan Arvin; his siblings, Linda Perkins, Kathy Neikirk (Joe Grounds), Marilyn Turpin (Bernard), Judy Landingham (Jeff), John Neikirk (Sue), Larry Neikirk (Darlene) and Terry Neikirk (Debbie); his sister-in-law Judy Neikirk (Gene); and his grandchildren, Ashley Neikirk, Alex Neikirk, Rowan Arvin, Hadley Haycraft, Olivia Arvin and Charlotte Arvin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Harrison Cemetery.
