He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Balding and Anna Balding (Ramsey); and his wife Ina Gibbs. He is survived by: his siblings, Darrel Balding (Mona) of Jacksonville, FL and Linda Hewitt of Springfield, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Nelda Balding and Erlene Brown. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and several cousins.
Memorials may be made to either the First Christian Church of Albion or the Edwards County Senior Citizens.
