She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Wheaton and Vera Wheaton (Lemme); and her former husband Steve Grubb. She is survived by: her husband John Barnard; her children, Jessica Jo Casada (Dana) and Nathan Eric Grubb; her stepsons, Robert Barnard (Alicia) and Thomas Barnard (Jillian); her grandchildren, Johnathan Casada, Hannah Jo Casada, Maxwell Barnard, Christian Barnard and Crosby Barnard; and her brothers, Eric Wheaton and Aaron Wheaton (Cynthia).

Memorials may be made to the Albion First United Methodist Church or Society of St Andrew.
