She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl James and Eunice James (Risley); her son-in-law Michael Maier; her brother-in-law Frank Ceney; and her former husband Gloyd Cooper.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Maier of Grayville, Illinois; her siblings, Frank James (Delores) of Belmont, Jean James (Jenny) of Gillespie, Illinois and Mary Ceney of Hillsboro, Illinois; her grandchildren, Tara Shae Cooper, Damien Stoneberger, Joseph Stoneberger and Brian Stoneberger (Katie); her great grandchildren, Meric Reid, Julius Schmidt and Avery Stoneberger; her caregiver Betty Smith; and her pet Muffy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
