He is survived by: his wife Kathy Gregory; his children, Melissa Crickman (Michael) of Carterville, IL, Krista Antrim (Tyler) of Carterville, IL, Dustin Smith (April) of Evansville, IN and Chad Smith (Ally) of St. Louis, MO; and his grandchildren, Lillie, Isabelle, Makaya, Maysa and Magraw.
