Carmel, IL and Dixie McGill (Henry) of Fairfield, IL; her grandchildren, Ashley, Amelia, Zachary, Shawn, Bryannah, Devin and April; and her siblings, Katherine Kuminecz (James) of Glendale, AZ and Fred Smith of Allendale.
