He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Ballard and Irma Ballard (Windes). He is survived by: his wife Tammy Bailey; his children, Tammy Ballard of Albion, IL and Whitney Bruce (Bob) of Bone Gap, IL; his brother Logan Ballard of Albion, IL; and his grandchildren, Tori and Chloe Bruce.
