With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Elaine Parker (Albion, Illinois), who passed away on April 2, 2019 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Rigg (Cox) and Mervin E. Rigg; her spouse Alfred Leon; her stepfather James Pepperworth; her sister Dianne Richards; her grandson Joshua Parker; and her great grandchild Quinton Cullison.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Van Matre (Paul) of Bellmont, IL, Lisa Nold (George Toutloff) of Albion and David Parker (Ann) of Albion; her siblings, Evelyn Singer (Porter) of Albion and Don Rigg (Jean) of Albion; her stepsiblings, Sandra Judge of Grayville and James Pepperworth of Brooking, SD; and her sister-in-law Linda Hallam of Mississippi. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
