She is survived by: her husband John Collins; her daughter Lori Perez (Fred); her daughter-in-law Cheryll Collins; her grandchildren, Tyler, Miranda Perez, Brad and Derek Collins; and her brothers, Gary Winzenburger (Peg) and John Winzenburger (Karen). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and a great-niece and great-nephews.
