She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilma Kennedy (Thompson) and Thomas Kennedy; her stepfather Fred Cox, Sr.; her brother Tom Cox; her grandchildren, Nicohl Kennedy and Rickie Kennedy; and her sister-in-law Cindy Cox.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Collins; her children, Diana Christie (Bob), Angie Sharp (Leroy), Amy Yates, Bonnie Hasselbrinck (Danny), Bill Collins, Jr., Robert Collins (Victoria) and Rick Kennedy (Dionne); and her siblings, Joyce Thomas (John), Wanda Richardson, Fred Cox, Jr. (Jeannette) and John Cox. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
