He was predeceased by: his father Jack Kelsey; and his grandparents, Raymond, Edna Kelsey, Chet and Mildred Gray.
He is survived by: his mother Linda Kelsey (Gray); his son Drake Kelsey (Haley) of Albion; his siblings, Pam Maher (Bob) of Boonville, IN, Kindra Schnicker (Kevin) of Ellery, IL and Doug Kelsey (Lynn) of Normal, IL; his grandchildren, Kaysen, Kyntlee and Kash; and his close friends, Jenny Borgra of Evansville, IN and Barry Hodges of Ellery. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to "Todd Kelsey Grandchildren Education Fund.".
