She is survived by: her husband William Warzala; her children, Kristin Westphal (Matthew) of O'Fallon, IL, Michelle Schulte (Allen) of St. Peters, MO, David Warzala (Kelly) of Albers, IL and Erin Warzala of Fort Wayne, IN; her grandchildren, Nicholas Kay, Maximilian Westphal, Lydia Westphal, William Schulte and Beau Schulte; her siblings, Donald Breiner (Jean) of Springfield, IL and Mary Foppe (Thomas) of St. Louis, MO; and her sister-in-law Tamarra Breiner of St. Louis, MO.. She is also survived by five nephews and a niece.
